They can easily get concert tickets. Even if you tweet that you got a ticket, you won't get arrested. Dramas with TOKIO members are mostly hits. They've got a super-duper popular Sunday night program that will still keep on running for a long time.
UPDATE: 2chan's new "global moderator" JIM-san has revealed that there is actually no reproduction/copy ban (there were just a few misunderstandings between him and his moderators) so we will be bringing back the old format soon :) We're just away for the weekend and already have a stash of posts with this new format scheduled for the next 2-3 days. Thanks for all your feedback and concern, and as always, thanks for reading!
Actress Rena Nounen will be participating in NHK's Shinsai kara 3-nen "Ashita he" concert (3 years from the disaster "On to Tomorrow" concert) which will be broadcast live on the 10th from the NHK Hall. Nounen will be making a VTR appearance. Also slated for an appearance is Sochi Olympics gold medalist Yuzuru Hanyu.
Nounen paid a visit to a high school photographer who has continuously taken pictures of Miyagi prefecture's Ishinomaki city throughout this time to document all the changes the city has undergone. Nounen comments: "I thought that this high school student who kept on taking photographs of his hometown was wonderful, as he was determined to do something in his own little way. It once again made me feel that I should also face whatever challenge that comes my way without turning back. And this was also my first time to take pictures with other people so I really had fun. Now I'm in love with Ishinomaki's ocean and mountains.".
SMAP's Masahiro Nakai and NHK's Yumiko Udo will be hosting the event, as Sayuri Ishikawa, Ryuichi Sakamoto, Masashi Sada, Toshiyuki Nishida, Chisato Moritaka, AKB48, SMAP, Kobukuro, Yuzu, and Kis-My-Ft2 will all be participating.

Masaharu Fukuyama talked about the ghost writer accusations being thrown his way recently on his radio program.
Fukuyama has announced that his 11th original album -- his first in 5 years --titled HUMAN (2-disc), will be released in April this year. And 2 songs from his upcoming album which have already been released digitally have ranked 1st and 2nd in Recochoku's Chakuuta ranking for 2/19~2/25.
But a lot have been questioning if Fukuyama really has the capacity to write all these songs despite all his drama and movie roles. There was also an incident when Keisuke Kuwata of Southern All Stars joked on his radio program Keisuke Kuwata no Yasashii Yoasobi (TOKYO FM) that "of course, everyone has a ghost writer. We even have that in Amuse". Again, he insisted that this was a joke, but did mention Fukuyama's and BEGIN's names, which has led to further speculation.
Fukuyama seems to be aware of these allegations as he talked about this on his radio program Fukuyama Masaharu no All Night Nippon Saturday Special - Tamashii no Radio (Nippon Housou), revealing that "there are people who have been searching [Fukuyama (space) Ghostwriter] on the Internet these days".
He emphasized that he even played almost all the guitar parts on his upcoming album and how he was very particular about the minor details and fine tuning until the very end.
There are a lot of singer-songwriters rumored to have ghost writers following the Samuragochi incident, and people were expecting an avalanche of revelations to come, but a lot of the truth is still left in the dark. Source: http://news.livedoor.com/article/detail/8579646/
Actress Keiko Kitagawa (27) will be forming a special unit with idol group Momoiro Clover Z for the upcoming Akumuchan Special (NTV, this spring). This unit will be called KimoClo Z.
She will be showcasing her singing and dancing skills for the first time with this drama-only unit. Her image color is "black", and will be wearing the same mini-skirts as these idols who are almost 10 years younger than her. She even joked that "Doing something like this (at 27) may actually be an 'akumu' (nightmare)... but it feels like I came back (to the time of my debut)", citing her acting debut with the TBS live action drama Sailor Moon.
MomoClo hail from Stardust Promotions, the same agency as Kitagawa's, and they have this to say about her: "As expected of the 'STAR' in Stardust, she really is different from the rest!". When asked if she would consider teaming up with MomoClo outside of the drama, Kitagawa says, "I'll think about it if I become the most popular member here", and grins. The other members all panicked and went, "Oh no! Oh no!". Akumuchan will also be having a movie which will be coming to theaters on May 3rd.
Yui Aragaki and Ryo Nishikido were reported to have been in a relationship by a tabloid in March last year. Not much has been heard afterwards as both were busy with their own projects like dramas and commercials, but Aragaki has apparently already announced to the people around her that she has stopped seeing Nishikido.
According to a showbiz representative, "I actually saw Yui Aragaki dining with a female friend at an Okinawan restaurant along Nakasendo in summer last year. Everyone, including the restaurant staff chose not to pay too much attention because she was there for private reasons, but Aragaki started talking as if she didn't care about her surroundings.
"She talked about the filming of Legal High 2 and her struggles with her work. She must've been really tired, but she kept saying that she wanted to go back to Okinawa.
"She also said that she wanted to settle down with someone who can live in Okinawa, more than ending up with someone who's her type. When her friend asked her, 'So are you going to quit?', she said, 'I'm not really interested in basking in the spotlight as a celebrity, and I've had it with dating flashy celebrities', which makes it sound like she already split up with Nishikido. She however continues, 'I still want people to recognize me as an actress so I won't lose!'."
Some publications did report that the two split up because they wanted different things, but it seems that they immediately broke up right after they were scooped by the tabloid.
A showbiz writer reports: "Gakky absolutely hates standing out, and she got really depressed when a tabloid published her picture. She also started to lose trust in other people when it was previously reported that she was dating an actor who was her senior. She's obsessed with cleanliness, so I think she'll be having a relatively silent romantic life for a while.". Source: http://news.livedoor.com/article/detail/8594918/

Hello everyone! We will be changing the format of our posts moving forward as 2channel now has a "no transfer/copy" policy (which was actually retracted earlier today ^_^; ). Anyway, to be safe, we won't be posting the numbers nor the Japanese text anymore, only the translations. We will still be including a link to the original thread at the bottom of the post for your reference. We would like to apologize for any inconveniences this may cause. Thanks!
The popularity of Yuzuru Hanyu (19), gold medalist in men's figure skating at the recently concluded Sochi Olympics, has been increasing each day. But among these are the people who are getting addicted to him in a slightly different way.
"When he doesn't speak or do anything, he's just a pretty boy with long and sharp eyes. But when he smiles, he's like a little girl. It even seems like he's a male character who jumped out of Moto Hagio and Keiko Takemiya's mangas and got lost in the real world. He's more like an untouchable being, rather than a prince charming for one to admire... Every single day, I think of Yuzu-kun too much, and I think I'm going crazy. I just love how Yuzu-kun looked at the kiss and cry area and you can't imagine how many times I re-watched that scene." (40s/Housewife)
Kiss and cry is the area in an ice rink where figure skaters wait for their marks to be announced after their performances together with the coach. There are a lot of women who found Hanyu-kun extremely attractive in this area.
"He really looked like a maiden when he was resting his chin on his hand while waiting for his score. My heart races when I see him happily hugging his Pooh-san doll. When I see him like that, it makes me think that he sincerely accepts us as well." (40s/"girl")
For the record, Hanyu loves the Disney character Winnie the Pooh. His room is full of Pooh-san dolls, and his tissue case which he used at the end of his performance also had a Pooh-san drawing.
"After his sexy performance with his overflowing aura, his face suddenly changed from a tense one to a bashful one. Then he takes out tissues from his pooh-san tissue case and blows his nose. That gap in his character is so irresistible. And the way he moves his hands. The day he shows his small, lady-like gestures as he delicately moves his hands in front of his chest, I think I'll..." (50s/Housewife)
Sorry... I'm scared to know what comes after that.
Kanna Hashimoto (15), the "one-in-a-thousand prospect" and "angelic idol", and her Fukuoka-based idol group Rev. from DVL will be releasing their debut CD on April 16 with the help of Yoshimoto Kogyo. The group formed 4 years ago in Fukuoka and primarily performed at local live houses. But after a fan uploaded Kanna's picture on the Internet from a show in May last year, 2channel immediately took notice and called it a "miraculous picture". Since then, the live footage of their performance at Asakusa Hanayashiki has been played over 2.5 million times on YouTube. Their agency's homepage also went down due to too many people accessing it. Yoshimoto, who took notice of this popularity, offered to let the unit make their debut under the label YM3D. Kanna comments: "I respect AKB-san and MomoClo-san. I don't intend to lose to any other idol around the nation, but I consider myself as my main rival. I hope we can make it to the Kouhaku in 2 or 3 years' time.".

Molding daikon oroshi (or grated radish) into the shape of animals or characters is becoming the trend on Twitter and various SNS. The person who started this was a regular employee living in Tokyo. He did this on a mizore nabe dish to please his friend who was a polar bear lover. After posting it on Twitter, it was retweeted over 2,000 times in half a day and his followers increased by 300.
